About
Arts & Wellness Miami is a simple noticeboard. Arts, wellness, movement and community happenings around Miami — collected from community announcements, published daily. Announcements that people share publicly to promote their events are collected, tidied up, and published here so everyone can actually find them.
It is run by one person as a community service, not a business. Nothing is sold, there are no ads, no accounts, and no tracking beyond a standard server log.

Yours here by mistake? Removal is one message.
If an event of yours is listed and you don’t want it here, say so — any channel, no reason needed. The listing comes down the same day and nothing you post will be published again. Every listing also has a Report link at the bottom.
Privacy
Data controller: baraklikeyou@gmail.com.
What is published: the event itself — title, date, venue, price, description, and the poster image, when these were shared publicly to promote a public event. The legal basis is legitimate interest in republishing promotional announcements of public events.
Contact details: each event shows a contact number so people can reach the organizer — the number given in the announcement itself, or, when the announcement names none, the number of the person who posted it. If a listing shows your number and you want it removed, use the report link on that listing and it comes down.
The treatments directory: practitioner pages are built the same way — from announcements practitioners posted publicly in the community services group (name, offered services, prices, flyer, and the contact number from the post or the poster). A practitioner can claim their page to edit it, and can have it removed the same day via the report link on the page — no reason needed.
What is never published: private messages, or anything that isn’t a public announcement.
Retention: source material that turns out to be irrelevant is deleted within 30 days; material behind a published event is kept up to 180 days after its last date, then deleted.
